Returns & Exchanges

Please be aware that each brand offers their own refund and exchange policy, so please check the terms (located under the “shipping” tab on each product page) carefully before making your purchase. If you have any queries or issues regarding the return or exchange of products, please contact the brand directly via the ‘Product Enquiry’ tab on the relevant product page. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the brand’s individual policy before purchasing.

In most cases, provided your item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and has its original tags, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and the brand will give you a full refund, exchange or credit note. If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact the brand directly to arrange a refund or return.

Please be mindful that large returns can put small businesses in a difficult position, so please consider a credit note if you can.

Note that garments such as underwear, swimwear, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can custom-made items. 

Customers must cover the postage cost of all returns unless otherwise stated.
